Can I use the templates without changes?

No. Tailor every document to your services, team, premises and working arrangements. Complete the clinic-specific details, review the content and put the policies into practice.

Will buying a pack guarantee CQC registration?

No. CQC decides whether to grant registration. Policies are one part of preparation; your application, supporting evidence and day-to-day arrangements must also meet the requirements for your service.

Is application support included?

Application support is available separately. We agree the scope and quote with you before work begins.
