Complete Registration Pack: £97.50 during the offer
Standard price £195. The Complete Pack includes 68 editable Word documents: the Essential set plus 27 additional documents covering operational procedures and treatment-specific template sets. Choose this broader pack if you need a more detailed starting point for your preparation.
Designed to make the work more manageable
Download your chosen pack, open the individual Word files and follow the completion guide. Clearly labelled fields help you identify where to add your clinic details, responsibilities and working arrangements. Working from a structured set can reduce the time spent organising documents and help you see what still needs attention.
The packs support your own preparation; they do not replace a full consultancy service. You must tailor and review the documents, implement the policies and check which requirements apply to the services you provide. Buying a pack does not guarantee CQC registration.
