Introducing Clinic Compliance Co.: making clinic compliance clearer

Running a small clinic means balancing patient care with the practical work of running a business. Gathering policies, organising evidence and preparing an application can quickly become another demanding job.
We started Clinic Compliance Co. with a straightforward aim: to make that preparation clearer, more manageable and more affordable for independent clinic practitioners and small healthcare businesses.

Less time starting from a blank page
Our aim is to help practitioners bring their documents together in a sensible order, understand what needs completing and see where information is still missing. A structured starting point can help turn a daunting pile of paperwork into a series of practical tasks.
Clear policy templates that can be tailored to a clinic’s own services.
Practical prompts to help identify missing details and supporting evidence.
A more organised approach to reviewing documents before submission.
Separately agreed application support for practitioners who need additional help.
Practical support for small businesses
Small clinics do not always have a dedicated compliance team or the budget to commission every document from scratch. We want to offer an accessible starting point, while being clear about where individual advice or more detailed support may be needed.
Your clinic, your documents
Templates are a starting point. They need to reflect your treatments, people, premises and working arrangements. The aim is documentation that your team understands and uses, rather than a folder that simply sits on a shelf.
Our role is to support preparation and organisation. You remain responsible for your application and the information submitted. Clinic Compliance Co. is independent of CQC, and buying a document pack does not guarantee registration.
